So how do we help our members maximize their health span—staying fit, capable, and healthy for decades to come?

1. Strength training: The foundation of longevity

Lifting weights isn’t just about building muscle—it’s about preserving function, preventing injuries, and maintaining independence as you age. Our members train 2-3 times per week, prioritizing:

  • Full range of motion to support joint health and movement quality
  • Progressive overload to continually challenge and strengthen the body
  • Functional training to build real-world strength that translates beyond the gym

Whether in our CrossFit group classes or semi-private strength sessions, we ensure every athlete is training in a way that is effective, safe, and sustainable.

2. Nutrition: A protein-first approach

Nutrition is not one-size-fits-all—which is why we prioritize a habits based approach including 90-day goal reviews to make sure our members are fueling properly for their needs. However, there are a few universal truths when it comes to fueling for strength, energy, and recovery:

  • Protein is king – It supports muscle maintenance, recovery, and satiety. The leaner the protein source, the better!
  • Hydration matters – Proper water and electrolyte balance impact performance and energy. We challenge our members to maintain 1/2 their body weight in fluid ounces- PLUS, 30 ounces per hour of fitness
  • Carbohydrates aren’t the enemy – The right amount, based on your training, is essential for sustained energy and progress. We recommend single source more than highly processed if your lifestyle allows.

Our coaching team works with members to dial in practical nutrition habits that support their lifestyle and goals.

3. Accountability: The game-changer

A great training program and solid nutrition plan only work if you stay consistent. That’s why we’ve built multiple layers of accountability into our coaching process:

  • Coach support – Our experienced coaches check in regularly to guide, adjust, and keep you on track.
  • Community atmosphere – Whether in our CrossFit group classes or semi-private training, you’ll train alongside others who push, support, and inspire you.
  • Start one on one– Every new member begins with an intro consult so we can learn about their goals and challenges. Then we progress into to one on one training coupled with either CrossFit or small group strength training.
  • Goal Reviews – Every 90 days, we help you reassess, refine, and keep progressing.

The bottom line: Fitness that supports your life

Our goal isn’t just to help you work out—it’s to help you move better, feel better, and perform better in every aspect of life. Whether you’re picking up your kids, running a business, or just want to be the strongest version of yourself, we’re here to listen, guide and support you.
